Getting a virus is never pleasant, and with todays always connected internet, trojans and keyloggers can do far more damage than just corrupt a few files.  The rapidly expanding use of Phishing emails, fake windows error messages and fake virus alerts are a constant danger and an attackers primary way to gain access to your PC and your details.

The Solution

Here at PC Service Wales we can attempt to remove all traces of infection from your PC and give you advice on how to protect yourself from a repeat attack.  In the event the malicious software cannot be 100% removed, we can recommend system reinstallation but the cost and timescale for that is dependant on the circumstance and would be quoted to you at the time.  However 95% of systems are usually cleaned without needing a restore.
